ความต้องการจำเป็นในการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร ตามแนวคิดผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ด้านสมรรถนะพลเมืองสีเขียว

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานครตามแนวคิดผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ด้านสมรรถนะพลเมืองสีเขียว โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ด้านสมรรถนะพลเมืองสีเขียว ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่หัวหน้ากลุ่มบริหารวิชาการในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 238 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความต้องการจำเป็นในการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานครตามแนวคิดผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ด้านสมรรถนะพลเมืองสีเขียว ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.931 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานครตามแนวคิดผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ด้านสมรรถนะพลเมืองสีเขียวในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.067, SD = 0.569) และมากที่สุด ( = 4.603, SD = 0.492) ตามลำดับ เมื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นพบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษามีความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด (PNImodified = 0.508) รองลงมาเป็นด้านการวัดและประเมินผล (PNImodified = 0.500) ด้านการใช้สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ (PNImodified = 0.497) และด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน (PNImodified = 0.496)
