การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำแบบเหนือชั้นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการภาค 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการภาค 2 จำนวน 312 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของโคเฮน และใช้การกำหนดตัวอย่างวิจัยตามโควตา จากนั้นสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครูที่มีต่อระดับภาวะผู้นำแบบเหนือชั้นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.989 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของคะแนนเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำแบบเหนือชั้นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำแบบเหนือชั้นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า ข้าราชการครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษาที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อระดับภาวะผู้นำแบบเหนือชั้นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ ไม่พบความแตกต่าง และข้าราชการครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษาที่มีอายุ ตำแหน่ง และสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อระดับภาวะผู้นำแบบเหนือชั้นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกันDownloads
