Abstract

This survey research aimed to examine and compare the levels of the transcendental leadership of school administrators for world-class standard secondary school under Regional Education Office 2. The study sample consisted of 312 teachers who worked in world-class standard secondary school under Regional Education Office 2. The samples were categorized by using the Cohen’s random samples, which were selected by quota sampling, and random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire querying teacher’s opinion about the levels of the transcendental leadership of school administrators. The questionnaire’s reliability was 0.989. Mean, standard deviation,
t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s multiple comparison method were used to analyze the data. Finding were as follows: 1) The results of transcendental leadership’s levels of school administrators overall and each dimension of the opinions were at high level. And 2) the results of transcendental leadership comparison’s levels of school administrators can be summarized as follows: the opinions about transcendental leadership’s levels of school administrators with different levels of education was found to be different at a significant level of 0.05, excepted the opinions about the vision. The opinions about transcendental leadership’s levels of school administrators among teacher with different in age, position, and the service area office were found to be with no difference.
