Needs to Academic Development of Government Vocational Education Colleges in Samut Prakan Province Based on The Concept of Industrial Habits
ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาภาครัฐ ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการตามแนวคิดนิสัยอุตสาหกรรม

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาภาครัฐในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการตามแนวคิดนิสัยอุตสาหกรรม ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการ และครูในสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาภาครัฐ ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 186 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่ พึงประสงค์ในการบริหารวิชาการของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาภาครัฐในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการตามแนวคิดนิสัยอุตสาหกรรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันในการบริหารวิชาการของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาภาครัฐในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการตามแนวคิดนิสัยอุตสาหกรรมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาภาครัฐในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการตามแนวคิดนิสัยอุตสาหกรรม ด้านที่มีลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุดคือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ในองค์ประกอบการยึดมั่นในคุณธรรม จริยธรรม รองลงมาคือ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ในองค์ประกอบการสร้างการเติบโตด้วยนวัตกรรม รองลงมาคือ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลในองค์ประกอบการมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม และด้านการฝึกประสบการณ์สมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ในองค์ประกอบการมีความมุ่งมั่นและพลังขับเคลื่อนในงาน ตามลำดับ
