Guidelines for Implementing Digital Technology to Promote Administrative Efficiency in the New-Normal of Schools under Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Office Area
แนวทางการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการบริหารยุควิถีใหม่ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจังหวัดราชบุรี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการบริหารยุควิถีใหม่ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจังหวัดราชบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจังหวัดราชบุรี จำนวน 181 โรงเรียน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลโรงเรียนละ 2 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน 1 คน และครูที่รับผิดชอบด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล 1 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 362 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 และแบบบันทึกข้อมูลในการสนทนากลุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
แนวทางการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการบริหารยุควิถีใหม่ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจังหวัดราชบุรี มีดังนี้
1) ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ ผู้บริหารควรนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาใช้ในการประชาสัมพันธ์หลักสูตร ตารางเรียนที่แตกต่าง หรือกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นฐานสมรรถนะที่มีความโดดเด่น การส่งเสริมใช้แอปพลิเคชันต่าง ๆ เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ การจัดทำระบบการวัดประเมินผลเพื่อติดตามคุณภาพการเรียนการสอน และการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการนิเทศการเรียนการสอน
2) ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ ผู้บริหารควรนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาใช้ในการจัดทำแผนงบประมาณการเงิน
การเรียกดูข้อมูลด้านงบประมาณและทรัพย์สิน
3) ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล ผู้บริหารควรกำหนดนโยบายและแผนงานการนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาใช้พัฒนาและขับเคลื่อนงานบริหารบุคคลให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
4) ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป ผู้บริหารควรสร้างวัฒนธรรม หรือวิถีการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในสถานศึกษา การนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาจัดทำสำมะโนผู้เรียนเชิงลึก การติดตามพฤติกรรมนักเรียน
