การบริหารวิชาการเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ด้วยการบริการสังคม ของโรงเรียนแจ้ห่มวิทยา อำเภอแจ้ห่ม จังหวัดลำปาง

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารวิชาการเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ด้วยการบริการสังคมของโรงเรียนแจ้ห่มวิทยา อำเภอแจ้ห่ม จังหวัดลำปาง ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ให้ข้อมูล
ที่อยู่ในพื้นที่การวิจัยเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 24 คน แบ่งเป็น 4 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 6 คน กลุ่มที่ 1 ผู้บริหาร ศึกษานิเทศก์ ครูผู้สอน กลุ่มที่ 2 นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมปลาย กลุ่มที่ 3 ผู้ปกครอง ผู้นำชุมชนหรือตัวแทนชุมชน และผู้นำทางศาสนา กลุ่มที่ 4 หัวหน้าหรือตัวแทนหน่วยงานราชการ และผู้ประกอบการหรือตัวแทนสถานประกอบการ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งมีโครงสร้าง และใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โรงเรียนมีสภาพความต้องการให้มีการพัฒนาหลักสูตรที่มีความยืดหยุ่น มีการกำหนดวิธีการเรียนรู้ด้วยการบริการสังคมตามความเหมาะสมของแต่ละวิชา นักเรียนต้องการไปเรียนรู้นอกสถานที่หรือฝึกงานอย่างจริงจัง และมีการวัดผลการเรียนรู้ด้วยการบริการสังคมด้วยวิธีการที่หลากหลายและผู้ประเมินหลายฝ่าย นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า การส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ด้วยการบริการสังคม แบ่งเป็น 6 วิธีการ คือ 1) การเรียนรู้โดยใช้วิชาการเป็นฐาน 2) การเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาหรือโครงงานเป็นฐาน 3) การประยุกต์ความรู้ที่เรียนนำไปบริการชุมชน 4) การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการโดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐาน 5) การเรียนรู้การบริการชุมชน และ 6) การฝึกงานบริการสังคม
