Characteristics of the Elderly Persons Who are Social Entrepreneurs: A Systematic Literature Review

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์คุณลักษณะของผู้สูงอายุที่เป็นผู้ประกอบการเพื่อสังคม โดยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นงานวิจัยในฐานข้อมูล TCI, SCOPUS และ ERIC ตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ในช่วง พ.ศ. 2556-2565 (ค.ศ. 2013-2022) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทบทวนวรรณกรรม มี 3 ส่วน 1) แบบคัดกรองงานวิจัย 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพงานวิจัย และ 3) แบบบันทึกผลการสกัดข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และ
การวิเคราะห์สรุปเชิงเนื้อหา คัดเลือกงานวิจัยโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้วิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า มีงานวิจัยจำนวน 9 เรื่องที่ผ่านการพิจารณา ซึ่งพบว่าคุณลักษณะของผู้ประกอบการเพื่อสังคม มี 10 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการวางแผน 2) ด้านความยึดมั่น 3) ด้านความผูกพันในสัญญา 4) ด้านการแสวงหาโอกาส 5) ด้านการมุ่งสู่เป้าหมาย 6) ด้านการค้นหาข้อมูล 7) ด้านความกล้าเสี่ยง 8) ด้านประสิทธิภาพ 9) ด้านความมั่นใจ และ 10) ด้านการโน้มน้าวใจ ทั้งนี้การทำธุรกิจของผู้สูงอายุเป็นการใช้ใจในการทำงาน คิดบวก มองการณ์ไกล หวังดีต่อผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียของธุรกิจ และเป็นการลงทุนเล็ก ๆ จากเงินเก็บ จากภูมิปัญญาความถนัดของตนที่ทำแล้วมีความสุข ยึดหลักตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง รวมถึงการกำหนดนโยบายต่าง ๆ ของภาครัฐ ได้แก่ การส่งเสริมศักยภาพผู้สูงอายุเพื่อให้ผู้สูงอายุยังคงความกระตือรือร้นและสามารถอยู่ในตลาดแรงงานได้ มีพัฒนาและปรับปรุงกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสนับสนุนแหล่งเงินทุน และพัฒนาหลักประกันทางสังคมในสังคมสูงวัย
