Developing an Educational Management Cooperative Mechanism for Competency-Based Education at the Basic Education Level of Nakhon Ratchasima Province
การพัฒนากลไกความร่วมมือการจัดการศึกษาฐานสมรรถนะระดับ การศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของจังหวัดนครราชสีมา

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาการศึกษาจังหวัดนครราชสีมา คณะกรรมการที่ปรึกษา หัวหน้าส่วนราชการด้านการศึกษาในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา เครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษา โรงเรียนต้นแบบ และโรงเรียนเครือข่าย ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาและพัฒนากลไกความร่วมมือ ระยะที่ 2 การทดลองใช้กลไกความร่วมมือ และระยะที่ 3 การขยายผลการใช้กลไกความร่วมมือ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การศึกษาและพัฒนากลไกความร่วมมือ ประกอบด้วย การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ การพัฒนาฐานคิดในการบริหารจัดการ การพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วม การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การพัฒนาครู และการพัฒนานักเรียน 2) การทดลองใช้กลไกความร่วมมือ ประกอบด้วย การรู้จักตนเอง ให้ข้อเสนอแนะที่สร้างสรรค์ ยอมรับความผิดพลาดและแบ่งปันสิ่งที่เรียนรู้ เฝ้าระวังกลุ่มเด็กเปราะบาง ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น ช่วยเหลือครูเป็นรายบุคคล พัฒนาทัศนคติ ทักษะ และความรู้ 3) การขยายผลการใช้กลไกความร่วมมือการใช้นวัตกรรมเชิงระบบในโรงเรียนครือข่าย ภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดตามลำดับดังนี้ 1) ระบบการพัฒนาครู 2) ระบบการพัฒนาฐานคิดในการบริหารจัดการ 3) ระบบการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วม 4) ระบบการพัฒนาหลักสูตร และ 5) ระบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ ตามลำดับ
