Development of a Professional Learning Community Administration System to Improve Educational Quality of Educational Institutions under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area 4

บทคัดย่อ

The purposes of this study were to 1) study the current and desired conditions for improving the quality of education through the process of the administration professional learning community,
2) investigate the components of the administrative professional learning community, 3) develop the administration system of a professional learning community to improve the educational quality of educational institutions, and 4) examine the development of the administration system of a professional learning community to improve the educational quality of educational institutions. The samples were 198 school administrators and academic administration supervisors. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, priority needs index, confirmatory factor analysis, and content synthesis.

 

 

 

The results of the study revealed that

  1. The current condition of was at a moderate level, while the desired conditions were at the highest level. The highest priority needs index was on encouragement, leadership, and collaborative teamwork.
  2. There were seven main components and sixty sub - components, and forty - eight operational guidelines.
  3. Results of improving the system from following the focus group. All experts and experts know every aspect, namely the control and properties of ingredients for importing data and ingredients for exporting ingredients (restaurants). In the part that will be Sent (result) and feedback.
  4. The examination results found that all aspects were appropriate, accurate, and the feasibility and usefulness revealed at the highest level.
