This study aims to study and identify the needs of schools to improve the quality based on the quality and measurement imposed by the Kru Rak Thin (Teachers Return Home) Project. The samples were 248 schools participating in the Kru Rak Thin project organized by the Equitable Education Fund in Thailand. The data were collected using an assessment questionnaire on the quality improvement needs of schools in the Kru Rak Thin project. The collected data were analyzed using the Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified), while the opinions obtained from open-ended questions were analyzed using content analysis.
The findings revealed that 1) the most urgent need of schools in enhancing the school quality in accordance with the quality measures used by the Kru Rak Thin Project was the Quality Learning Information System (Q-Info), and 2) the most frequently identified need in school quality improvement among schools in the Kru Rak Thin project was to have strong information systems to support learning management sufficiently.
