บทคัดย่อ

This research aims to 1) study the current condition actual condition Expected conditions, needs, and guidelines for supervision 2) develop a supervisory model and 3) check suitability feasibility, consistency, and usefulness of the format and user manual The research has 3 steps: step 1: study the current condition actual condition Expected conditions, needs, and guidelines for supervision The sample group included 311 administrators and teachers and 11 experts. The instrument used was a questionnaire on the current condition of supervision. actual condition expected condition and interview form step 2: development of the supervision model Organize seminars based on experts By 16 experts and experts. The tool used is a recording of a seminar based on experts. step 3: checking suitability feasibility, consistency, and usefulness of the format and user manual The sample group included 220 administrators and teachers and academic supervisors. The tool used is a suitability assessment model. feasibility, consistency, and usefulness Data were analyzed using statistics, mean, standard deviation. and content analysis

            The research results found that 1) Current condition of supervision Overall it is at a high level. actual condition Overall it is at a high level. expected condition Overall, it is at the highest level. and the student side There is the greatest need. 2) The supervision model has 5 elements: (1) principles,
(2) objectives, (3) supervision process, (4) steps of conducting supervision to develop the quality of distance education provision, and (5) conditions for success. The quality that results from using the format is the quality of distance education management. 3) Suitability assessment feasibility, consistency, and usefulness of the format and format usage manual were found to be at the highest level.
