Guidelines for Developing Academic Management According to the Creative Problem-solving Concept of School Administrators under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

The objectives of this research are to study: 1) the current state and the desirable conditions of academic administration in schools under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; and 2) guidelines for developing academic administration according to the creative problem-solving concept of school administrators under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. the sample group was Teachers, heads of learning groups of schools in the area, totaling 234 people. Tools used in the research include questionnaires and interviews. The statistics used in the research are frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Content analysis and the Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified). The findings are as follows: 1. The current state of the academic administration of schools is at a high level overall, which is a desirable state. It is at the highest level overall. When considering the index values in order of essential needs from highest to lowest, namely media and technology, curriculum, learning process, measurement, and evaluation. 2. Guidelines for developing academic administration according to the creative problem-solving concept of school administrators as follows: 1. Development of media and technology: Evaluate procurement, production, use, and storage systematically. 2. Curriculum development: Modify modern learning content to be consistent with the core curriculum. and join in developing the curriculum. 3. Developing the learning process and method: Develop teachers in terms of teaching and learning that emphasize student differences. 4. Develop evaluation measures: Develop teachers in the measurement and evaluation of students with diverse and comprehensive formats.
