The objectives of this research were 1) to study the positive psychology of school administrators, 2) to study the relationship between positive psychology of educational administrators with the school happy workplace The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1, and 3) to study the relationship between the positive psychology of school administrators with the school happy workplace The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 affiliated with Bangkok Secondary Education Area Office District 1. The sample includes government officials, teachers who practice teaching in educational institutions under the Bangkok Secondary Education Area Office. The tool used to collect this data was a questionnaire about the status of the respondents. Positive psychology of school administrators and being a happy organization of the school Positive psychodynamic variables of executives It has a belief value of 0.986 and organizational variables of the happiness of educational institutions. It has a confidence of 0.99 The statistics used are percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation statistics between the positive psychology of school administrators and being
a happy workplace.
The research results reveal that
- The psychology of school administrators as a whole is averaged to a large extent. It has an average of 4.51 in terms of good emotional state. There was an average of 4.44 in the field of consciousness, awakening, fluidity in activity. It has an average of 4.44 for feeling meaning, with an average of 4.41 for good relationships. They have an average of 4.32, respectively.
- The school’s happiness organization Overall, the average is to a large extent. The management can adapt to every situation in the changing context. With an average of 4.61, executives have a way of making colleagues willing to work with in any situation. It has an average of 4.57. Administrators can work with all teachers and staff. With an average of 4.41, executives have self-confidence, dare to think, and dare to make decisions. With an average of 4.37, executives are always optimistic individuals. With an average of 4.36, executives are committed to working to get the job done efficiently. They have an average of 4.35, respectively.
- The relationship between the positive psychology of school administrators and the school happiness organization A state of good mood is valued in relation to the happy organization of the school. Organizational outcomes .840, happiness processes .759, nature of work .733, respectively, and .506 management systems were found to have the least correlation, statistically significant at the .01 level
