This research aims to develop an administrative model for educational institutions to improve the quality of educational management using Distance Learning Information Technology (DLIT) at the Phra Pariyatti Dhamma General Education Schools Department, under the Royal Initiative Project of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. The research was conducted in three phases:
1) studying the current situation, desired situation, and necessary needs; 2) developing the model; and 3) evaluating the model. The population consisted of 956 administrators and teachers from the Phra Pariyatti Dhamma General Education Schools Department, under the Royal Initiative Project, of which 108 were randomly selected as the sample. Seven experts were used in the expert seminar and 30 experts were used in the model evaluation. The research instruments used were questionnaires, structured interviews, and evaluation forms. The data was analyzed using mean, standard deviation, index of priority of needs and content analysis.

The results of the study found the current state and the desired state are Formal Model, while the Necessary needs are Subjective Model, that the name of the model is Integrated Administrative Model between Formal and Subjective Forms which is based on the Radtana-dhamras of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn for the administration of educational institutions that provide education using distance learning information technology. The model consists of principles, objectives, and components of educational administration. The model was found to be valid and feasible at a very high level.
