Designing an External Quality Assessment System for Schools in Remote Mountainous Areas Based on Stakeholder-Based Evaluation Concepts

The objectives of this research were 1) to design an external quality assessment system for highland schools in remote areas based on the concept of stakeholder-based assessment 2) to experiment and evaluate the external quality assessment system of schools in the highlands in remote areas based on the concept of stakeholder-based assessment. The target groups were divided into 2 groups: external educational quality assessors registered with Office for National Educational Standards and quality assessment (Public Organization) (ONESQA) and 4 groups of stakeholders: administrators, teachers, school committee members, and representatives of independent organizations of schools in the highlands in the wilderness that are small, medium, large, and extra large. Assessment tool. Data can be analyzed for mean and standard deviation analysis. The results of the study were summarized as follows:
- The result of the system design found that the components of the external quality assessment system for schools in remote mountainous areas based on stakeholder-based evaluation concepts include: 1) evaluation objectives, 2) evaluators, 3) evaluation methods, and 4) evaluation tools. The results of the system’s effectiveness assessment indicated that the system’s accuracy was at a high level. and its feasibility was at the highest level
- The results of the experiment and evaluation of the external quality assessment system for schools in remote mountainous areas based on stakeholder-based evaluation concepts indicated that the level of user satisfaction was high. The results of the system’s effectiveness assessment indicated that the system's appropriateness and usefulness were at a high level.
