The research aimed to synthesize components and create a model for enhancing professional teacher learning communities, evaluate the model's effectiveness, and test and assess its usage. The research focused on schools affiliated with the Church of Christ in Thailand and involved 198 participants, including school administrators from medium-sized and small schools. The study employed a targeted sample and utilized nine research instruments: 1) Questionnaire on Teachers’ Opinions on the Development of the CCT PLC Model 2) Interviews with Administrators Regarding the Development of the CCT PLC Model 3) User Manual for the CCT PLC Model 4) Record Forms for the Use of the CCT PLC Model by Administrators and Sample Groups 5) Summary Evaluation Forms for the CCT PLC Model Sample Groups 6) Summary Evaluation and Presentation Forms for the CCT PLC Model Sample Groups 7) Record Forms for Experimental Use of the CCT PLC Model Sample Groups 8) Group Conversation and Lesson Extraction Forms for Using the CCT PLC Model Sample Groups 9) Summary Forms for Analyzing the Use of the CCT PLC Model Sample Groups
The research findings revealed that 1) Currently and in the desired state, the highest priority need is for the model of enhancing professional learning community among teachers. 2) The successful implementation of the model depends on the commitment of school administrators and community members to adhere to the four characteristics. 3) The implementation of the model's usage manual can effectively establish teacher communities. 4) School administrators and community members have applied the vision to student learning development, collaborated effectively, and established cooperative learning networks.
