Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Manuscripts submitted for consideration must be original works that have not been previously published in any journal and are not currently under review or consideration by any other journal.
  • Authors are required to submit the manuscript together with the completed Manuscript Submission Form (available in the “Author Guidelines” section). The manuscript file must be prepared in accordance with the Author Guidelines. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the manuscript has been carefully proofread for spelling accuracy and overall correctness prior to submission.
  • Manuscripts submitted to the system must be prepared in Microsoft Word format only. The document must using TH Sarabun New, 16-point font (please refer to the template available in the Author Guidelines section). All illustrations, figures, and tables must be numbered consecutively and placed appropriately within the text at the relevant positions.
  • Manuscripts must not exceed 15 pages in length and must be prepared strictly in accordance with the Journal’s Author Guidelines.
  • Authors must provide complete contact details, including full name, institutional affiliation, email address, and telephone number, to ensure that they can be contacted conveniently during the review and publication process.
  • For references cited from websites, the URL must be valid, accessible, and active at the time of submission.

Author Guidelines

1. Article Title
The manuscript title must be provided in English only.
2. Authors and Affiliations
Provide the full names of all authors and their respective institutional affiliations in English.
3. Abstract and Keywords
The abstract must not exceed 300 words and must be typed in single spacing.
Include 3–5 keywords, separated by commas (,). The first letter of each keyword must be capitalized.
4. Content Structure
4.1 Research Articles
Research manuscripts must present systematic scholarly work derived from empirical research. The study must clearly demonstrate a structured and rigorous research process. The following components should be included (section headings may be adjusted as appropriate):
1) Introduction – presenting the background, significance, and research problem.
2) Research Objectives
3) Conceptual Framework
4) Methodology – including research design, population and/or sample, research participants, research instruments, data collection procedures, and data analysis methods.
5) Results and Discussion
6) Conclusions
7) Acknowledgements
8) References
4.2 Academic Articles
Academic articles must present a clear explanation, conceptual analysis, or critical
examination of issues in educational management and innovation. The manuscript should demonstrate a systematic synthesis of relevant literature and scholarly sources to support arguments and conclusions. The following components should be included (section headings may be adjusted as appropriate):
1) Introduction – presenting the background, significance, and research problem.
2) Topics
3) Conclusions
4) References
4.3 Language and Length
Manuscripts must be written in English only. Figures, tables, charts, and images are permitted; however, all content must be included within the 15-page limit.
5. References (APA Style)
References must follow the APA Style

All reference entries must be arranged in alphabetical order according to English alphabetical sequencing.

The AI tool information must be clearly specified and informed. The author must indicate the name of the model or tool, version number and manufacturer in the footnotes of the manuscript and submit all. Authors should use the APA (Software Citation) Citation Guidelines when citing AI.
6. Academic Plagiarism Detection Guidelines
The EMI Journal determines the Similarity Index using Turnitin (https://www.turnitin.com).
The overall Similarity Index must not exceed 20%. Authors must attach evidence of the manuscript’s plagiarism detection results in the Manuscript Submission Form at the time of submission
