Abstract

The research was descriptive research aims 1) to study the current and desired state of psychological capital of teachers Potisarnpittayakorn school 2) to propose the approaches for developing teachers of Potisarnpittayakorn school base on the concept of psychological capital. The sample were 97 teachers of Potisarnpittayakorn school. The research instrument used in this study was rating scale questionnaire and rating scale appropriability and possibility of evaluation form. 

          The results showed that the overall of the current state of psychological capital of teachers Potisarnpittayakorn school was at high level. According to the mean, the sorted aspects were 1) optimism 2) resiliency 3) hope 4) self efficacy. The desirable state of psychological capital of teachers Potisarnpittayakorn school was at the highest level. According to the mean, the sorted aspects were 1) optimism 2) hope 3) resiliency 4) self efficacy Customer focus was the first priority needs self efficacy, hope, resiliency and optimism. Approaches for developing teachers of Potisarnpitaya- korn school based on the concept of psychological capital 2 approaches were  1) developing teachers by providing coaching 2) developing teachers by positive feedback.
