THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE MANAGEMENT SKILLS OF THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND TEAMWORK OF THE SCHOOL STAFFS UNDER SONGKHLA PROVINCIAL OFFICE OF THE NON- FORMAL AND INFORMAL EDUCATION

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the management skills of the school administrators under Songkhla Provincial Office of the Non- Formal and Informal Education 2) to study teamwork of the school staffs under Songkhla Provincial Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education 3) to study the relationship between the management skills of the school administrators and teamwork of the school staffs under Songkhla Provincial Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education. The sample consisted of 196 the school staffs under Songkhla Provincial Office of the Non-Formail and Informail Education in the academic year 2016. The research instrument was a set of 5 rating-scale questionnaires which contained 79 questions with the reliability at 0.981. The statistics used to analyse data was means, standard deviations, and pearson correlation coefficient. The findings of the research were as follow : 1) The management skills of the school administrators under Songkhla Provincial Office of the Non- Formal and Informal Education showed the overall and each aspect at high level. 2) Teamwork of the school staffs under Songkhla Provincial Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education showed the overall and each aspect as a high level. 3) The relationship between the management skills of the school administrators and teamwork of the school staffs under Songkhla Provincial Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education in overall revealed that there was a positive correlation at (r =.706) with a statistical significance at .01
