PARTICIPATIVE ADMINISTRATION IN EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF THE 11 GROUP PRAPARIYATTIDHAM SCHOOLS IN THE NORTHEAST OF THAILAND

Abstract

The objectives of this independent study were: 1) to study the state of the
participative administration of the 11 group Phrapariyattidhamma Schools in the northeast,
of Thailand. 2) to study the guidelines for developing the participative administration of the 11 group Phrapariyattidhamma Schools in the northeast of Thailand. The sample were
teachers and administrators taken into the study by stratified random sampling.
The instrument used in collecting data was a questionnaire. The statistics utilized in this study were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The findings showed that: 1) The overall state of participative administration of the 11 group Phrapariyattidhamma Schools in the northeast of Thailand including 4
aspects: 1.1) Participation in benefits; 1.2) Participation in decision-making; 1.3) Participation
in evaluation; 1.4) Participation in practice was at a moderate level; 2) Guidelines
for development of participative administration of the 11 group Phrapariyattidhamma Schools in the northeast of Thailand were: 2.1) Support the public hearing of democratic
processes of participation in practice; 2.2) Manage the evaluation during the study by considering the indicators of educational quality assurance and expected learning
outcome, key competencies and content structures of participation in evaluation;
2.3) Explore and review educational management principles for participation in decision making; 2.4) Determine the role of personal involvement in participation in benefits.
