The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, standard deviation, PNImodified and analytic induction.
The research findings revealed that the innovative school management, called Career-collaborated Compass (3C) comprise three main concepts: (1) CAREER curriculum development through a collaboration between the school and external organizations, covering both general and career-related subjects; (2) COLLABORATED career teaching and learning, carried out through both the school and external businesses, organizations, or institutions in an integrated manner with joint management of time and teacher workload; and (3) CAREER compass evaluation, for both learning achievement and learning outcome.
