Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study: 1) learning leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 1, 2) School culture, 3) quality of teaching and learning of teachers, and, 4) learning leadership of school administrators and school culture affecting quality of teaching and learning of the teachers.  A sample population of 361 were randomly selected from the teachers in academic year 2019. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The statistics used in this research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson Product Moment Correlation and, Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.

The research results showed as follows.  1) Learning leadership of these school administrators was overall at the high level (  = 3.93, SD = 0.68). 2) Overall school culture was also at the high level (  = 4.09, SD = 0.48). 3) Overall quality of teaching and learning of teachers was again at the high level (  = 4.27, SD = 0.46).  4) Learning Leadership of school administrators and school culture did affect quality of teaching and learning of teachers (correlation coefficient = 0.27-0.71), with statistical significance of 0.01. Together they could reach 65.5 percent to predict quality of teaching and learning of teachers.

The research results showed as follows.  1) Learning leadership of these school administrators was overall at the high level ( =4.24, S.D.=0.48).  2) overall school culture of these schools was also at the high level ( =4.09, S.D.=0.50).  3) overall quality of teaching and learning of teachers was again at the high level ( =4.26,S.D.=0.46).  4) Learning Leadership of school administrators and school culture did affect quality of teaching and learning of teachers (correlation coefficient=0.273-1.00, with statistically significant of 0.01).  They could together 65.5 percent predict quality of teaching and learning of teachers.
