The Current state, Desirable State and Needs of Developing an Academic Management for Private Kindergarten School Based on The Concept of Foundations for Young Adults Success

The objectives of this research were to study the current, desired state and priority need index of developing an academic management for private kindergarten school based on the concept of foundation for young adults success. Data collected from 254 schools and total of 726 respondents comprising school administrators, head of kindergarten and teachers. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and priority needs index (modified) (PNImodified).
The findings revealed that the current state of developing an academic management for private kindergarten school based on the concept of foundation for young adults success was at high level ( = 4.04). The highest average of academic management was curriculum development ( = 4.11) and followed by measurement and evaluation ( = 4.06). The lowest average was learning management ( = 3.94)
In addition, The desired state was at high level ( = 4.54). The highest average of academic management was curriculum development ( = 4.58) and followed by measurement and evaluation ( = 4.53). The lowest average was learning management ( = 4.51). The Overall priority needs index is 0.124 the priority was learning management (PNImodified = 0.145). The second priority needs index was measurement and evaluation (PNImodified = 0.116) and the last priority needs index was curriculum development (PNImodified = 0.117).
