Skills for the future in the 21st century are skills that are essential to the lives of Thai people as a citizen of the world. Current learning management focuses on developing students with a Growth Mindset for the future society and the habits of the learner person. Teachers should believe in students' abilities for 4 dimensions such as 1) all learners are valuable and should be regarded 2) all learners can learn through different learning processes 3) all learners can learn and achieve 4) all learners have the potential to develop themselves. Now we are in the 21st century, every century is always changing and new things happen. Everyone who lives in this world cannot refuse the change that has taken place. But everyone can handle the changes that come. The best handling for change is to be adaptable and not have the least self-impact or minimal impact. In the 21st century, this will lead everyone to a new society that calls a "Knowledge Society". Everyone can get a lot of information in everyday life from playing with a mobile phone. From talking to people in chat applications and from various sources. That causes the transformation of information fast and affects human behavior in any dimension. In this article, we will present the essential work skills of the 21st century, including learning skills, literacy skills, and life skills to prepare for speedy change. In addition to being used to improve work efficiency, skills are also fundamental to our lives so that changes do not affect us or have the slightest impact.
