DIGITAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION IN THE ERA OF DISRUPTIVE CHANGE OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE UPPER NORTHERN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE OF THAILAND

The purpose of this research was to study the present and desirable conditions, study the need and to develop elements and guidelines of digital leadership development for school administration in the disruptive change era of school administrators. Under the Office of Primary Educational Service Areas in the Upper North of Thailand. There were 5 experts checking the tools, 9 people checking the suitability and feasibility, and 5 focus group discussions. The sample group consisted of 580 school personnel, divided into 146 school administrators and 146 teachers, 434 people were obtained from multistage random sampling. The research tools were the questionnaire and the draft digital leadership development assessment form. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and PNImodified technique.
The findings revealed that 1) The overall development of leadership in the digital age for school administration in the era of disruptive change was at a high level and the desirable condition was at the highest level. 2) Necessities of leadership development in the digital age for school administration in the disruptive change era the most demanding aspect is being able to use digital agility and professionalism. And the lowest aspect is citizenship in the digital age and is an effective communicator; and 3) Leadership development in the digital age for school administration in the age of disruptive change consists of 8 components and 56 development approaches.
