Abstract

The Learning Ecosystem is a crucial concept and guideline that offers alternative approaches to learning and developing the capabilities of modern learners, preparing them to adapt to future changes. The true objective is to emphasize the importance of a digital learning ecosystem, aiming to integrate innovations to create new learning ecosystem models. The format of the Learning Ecosystem is suitable for basic education in Thailand and supports the development of capabilities for Thai individuals in the era of Industry 4.0. The Learning Ecosystem is a system of relationships between learners and their learning environment, focusing on the development of learners' capabilities. Its components in designing and developing the learning environment include space, time, people, content, activities, strategies, culture, and the utilization or support of technology for both formal and informal learning. This encompasses both classroom settings within educational institutions and external spaces such as homes and other locations. These components interact systematically, enabling full potential learning according to each individual's context. Therefore, implementing an appropriate learning ecosystem involves 6 main components, namely operational strategies, operational methods, development of new curricula and activities, resources, technology utilization, and collaboration within networks, aiming for collaborative learning goals. This is considered a mission of new-era leaders or managers in driving towards sustained quality outcomes.
