Authors

  • Authors are responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of the manuscript. Prior to confirming submission, authors must carefully review and revise the manuscript as appropriate, in full compliance with the Journal’s publication ethics policy.
  • Authors may use AI only to improve language quality, clarity, and readability, such as checking grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style, including rewording and text formatting. AI must not be used to generate substantive content automatically in any form. Authors therefore remain fully responsible for verifying, editing, and ensuring the manuscript’s accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
  • The Journal does not permit the use of AI to analyze results, produce statistical reports, or summarize research findings. If AI is used as part of the research methodology, authors must describe its use transparently and in sufficient detail in the Methods section, including: the tool/model name and version, how it was used, the rationale for its use, and clear information enabling reproducibility. The use of AI must not exceed 30%.
  • The Journal does not permit the use of AI to create or alter images in submitted manuscripts, including enhancing, obscuring, moving, removing, adding, or otherwise modifying any feature of an image. The only acceptable adjustments are brightness, contrast, or color balance, provided they do not remove original information or change the meaning of the data.
  • AI tools must not be listed as an author or co-author, and must not be cited as the “author” of any work, since authorship entails responsibilities that can only be performed by humans.

  • Editors must treat all submitted materials as strictly confidential. Editors must not disclose, copy, or share manuscript content, and must not upload the manuscript (or any part of it) into any AI system, to prevent data leakage and infringement of intellectual property rights.
  • Editors must not use AI tools to support initial screening, critical evaluation, or editorial decision-making, as such tools may produce incorrect, incomplete, or biased conclusions.

Reviewers

  • Reviewers must treat the manuscript as a confidential document. Reviewers must not disclose, copy, or share manuscript content, and must not upload the manuscript (or any part of it) into any AI system, to prevent data leakage and infringement of intellectual property rights.
  • Reviewers must not use AI tools to analyze, summarize, or critique academic manuscripts in any circumstance, to preserve accuracy, completeness, and impartiality, and to uphold a rigorous and transparent peer-review process.
