บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาถึงผลกระทบของโครงสร้างการเป็นเจ้าของและผลการดำเนินงานขององค์กรต่อการเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยสมัครใจ (2) เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบของโครงสร้างการเป็นเจ้าของต่อผลการดำเนินงานขององค์กร (3) เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบของโครงสร้างการเป็นเจ้าของและการเปิดเผยข้อมูลภาคสมัครใจต่ออัตราหมุนเวียนการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์(4) เพื่อศึกษาถึงผลกระทบของโครงสร้างการเป็นเจ้าของและผลการดำเนินงานขององค์กรต่ออัตราหมุนเวียนการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ผ่านทางการเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยสมัครใจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยจำนวน 323 บริษัท วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาด้วยโปรแกรม AMOS ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบระหว่างความเข้มข้นของความเป็นเจ้าของ และการถือหุ้นของผู้บริหาร กับการเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยสมัครใจ (2) มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกระหว่างการถือหุ้นของนักลงทุนชาวต่างชาติ กับการเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยสมัครใจ (3) มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบระหว่างความเข้มข้นของความเป็นเจ้าของ และสัดส่วนการถือหุ้นของผู้บริหารต่ออัตราหมุนเวียนการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ผ่านทางการเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยสมัครใจ (4) มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกระหว่างสัดส่วนการถือหุ้นของนักลงทุนชาวต่างชาติและผลการดำเนินงานต่ออัตราหมุนเวียนการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ผ่านทางการเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยสมัครใจ
