Economic Leadership Model of Administrators at Northeastern Rajabhat University Group

The purposes of this research were to 1) study core components, sub -components and indicators for economic leadership of administrators at northeastern Rajabhat university group 2) evaluate the formats of core components, sub-component and indicators for economic leadership of administrators with the empirical information and 3) assure the formats of economic leadership of the administrators. The selected sampling population covered 242 administrators at northeastern Rajabhat university group. Research instruments used in the process of data collection were items questionnaire with IOC were 0.60 – 1.00, discrimination were 0.321 -0.542 and value of reliability were 0.873. The statically analysis were used frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The statistical program was manipulated to conduct confirmatory factors analysis. The results were as follows:In accordance with the purposes of the research, there were 6 of core components, 25 of sub-components and 148 indicators of economic leadership of administrators. The evaluation of the format model gathered from 25 experts and scholars showed that the compatibility of the format model and the overall empirical data was at the highest level at 4.55. The confirmation of the model collected form 12 specialists from operational seminar concluded that the developed format was appropriated according to the four standard evaluation criteria; appropriateness, possibilities, correctness and utilities.
