This article aims to study the legal issues facing consumers as a result of condominium sale and purchase, with a focus on issues involving the delivery, pre-delivery inspection, and refund, as stipulated in the Or.Chor.22 standard contract; to engage in a comparative study of Thai and US standard contracts; and to explore possibilities for amending the Or.Chor.22 standard contract with a view to improving its enforcement and ensuring a fair deal.
