Abstract
The purpose of this article is to analyze and analyze legal issues that arise with the registration of births outside of marriage by according to the provisions of civil and commercial law Family Registration Act, 1935, amended by the Family Registration Act (No. 3), 2533 B.E. especially on the discretion of the registrar in accepting child registration. To allow children born outside of marriage to have the same rights as legitimate children from the fact that men and women live together, husband and wife, such as the right to be nurtured, the right to inherit, and the right to maintain relationship between parents and a child.This article also proposes ways to improve the age of consent of children. To reduce the discretion of the registrar and reduce the burden of judicial proceedings in the Juvenile and Family Court to achieve effective enforcement
