A Comparative Study Of Collaborative Public Service Choices Creation For Elderly Of Mae Hia Town Municipality, Nong Khwai Subdistrict Municipality, Chiang Mai Province

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study and compare the alternatives of public service with the participation of various sectors for the elderly people of Mae Hia Municipality and Nong Khwai Subdistrict in Chiangmai. The sample groups are municipal administrators, government agencies in the area, public organization and elderly clubs. There are 21 people in the Mae Hia Municipality and 22 people in Nong Khwai Subdistrict. The data collection methods used in this research are in-depth interviews and documents reviews that are related to public service operations for the elderly people of Mae Hia Municipality and Nong Khwai Subdistrict in Chiangmai. From the results of the study, it was found that Mae Hia Municipality has created a happiness center or elderly care project called “Talom Homhak Rouy Ra Mi Rouy Rang Project” and Nong Khwai Subdistrict has also established the Center for Quality of Life and Elderly Occupation Promotion. The local administrative organizations of both sub-districts have created public service options for elderly people, consisting of 3 steps: 1) The process of reviewing the elderly problems in the area 2) The process of creating public service options for elderly people and 3) The decision making process of choosing public services for elderly people.
