The Factors Influencing the Implementation of the Policies on Production and Development of Vocational Manpower Quality: A Case of Institute of Vocational Education, Bangkok

The research objective was to examine the factors that influenced the implementation of the policies on production and development of vocational manpower. It adopted quantitative research approach with 309 samples. The results revealed as the following. The factor of standards and policy objectives influenced the policy implementation at a high level of agreement with the 4.02 mean score. In addition, the factor of organizational resources did not influence the policy implementation at a high level of agreement with the 3.87 mean score. Next, the factor of communication among the organizations influenced the policy implementation at a high level of agreement with the 3.95 mean score. Another factor that did not influence the policy implementation was organizational characteristics at a high level of agreement with the 3.64 mean score. Last but not least, socio-economic and political conditions were the factor that influenced the policy implementation at a high level of agreement with the 3.95 mean score.
