Evaluation of Leave the House with the Police during the Songkran Festival in 2015 in the Metropolitan Area

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลโครงการฝากบ้านไว้กับตำรวจใน ด้าน 1) ด้านบริบท 2) ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า 3ด้านกระบวนการ 4) ด้านผลผลิต กลุ่ม ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย มีทั้งหมด 342 คน แบ่งเป็นผู้ให้บริการ 36 คนและผู้รับบริการ 306 คน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การเก็บรวบรวมมี 2 แบบ ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ซึ่งใช้กับผู้ให้บริการ และแบบประเมิน ซึ่งใช้กับผู้รับบริการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผู้รับบริการ มีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อ โครงการฝากบ้านไว้กับตำรวจ ในช่วงเทศกาลสงกรานต์ วันที่ 10-16 เมษายน ปี 2558 ในเขตพื้นที่นครบาล ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านผลผลิต อยู่ในระดับมาก ที่สุด ส่วนด้านกระบวนการอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผู้ให้บริการมีความเข้าใจใน วัตถุประสงค์และกระบวนการทำงานของโครงการฝากบ้านไว้กับตำรวจ เป็นอย่างดี แต่ยังขาดความพร้อมเรื่องของอัตรากำลังThis research aims to evaluate the project Leave the House with the Police based on 1) context evaluation 2) inputs evaluation 3) process evaluation and 4) product evaluation. Samples used in the study were a total of 342 people, composed of 36 service providers and 306 clients, determined and randomized with Krejci & Morgan table. Two types of tools were used in data collection, which are interviews for service provider and 5-scale satisfaction rating for clients. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.The results show that 1) Clients gave highest rating of satisfaction on a 5-scale evaluation towards the project Leave the House with the Police during 10 -16 April 2015 in the context, inputs, and product evaluation, and high level satisfaction in process evaluation. 2) Service providers fully understood the purpose and process of the project Leave the House with the Police, but lacked of availability of manpower.
