People ‘s Participation in Local Administration Organization Development Planning : A Case Study of Watlamud Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Prathom Province

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของ ประชาชนในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น 2. เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อ ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น จำแนกตามปัจจัย ส่วนบุคคล และ 3. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยทางด้านการรับรู้ของ ประชาชนในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นกับระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนใน การจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็น เครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลการวิจัยกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 375 รายที่มีภูมิลำเนาใน เขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวัดละมุด อำเภอนครชัยศรี จังหวัดนครปฐม แล้วทำ การวิเคราะห์ผลโดยค่าสถิติผลการวิจัยพบว่าระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนใน การจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการมี ส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ตามปัจจัยคุณลักษณะ พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศ อายุ อาชีพ ระยะเวลาที่มีภูมิลำเนาในพื้นที่ รายได้มีผลต่อ ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นในระดับที่แตกต่าง กัน ส่วนปัจจัยด้านการศึกษาไม่มีผลต่อระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการ จัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น และการรับรู้ข้อมูลในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นมี ความสัมพันธ์กับระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ทั้งนี้กำหนดความเชื่อมมั่นไว้ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05This research aimed to study 1) level of people ‘s participation in the local development planning 2) the compare the difference of people ‘s participation in the local development planning according to related factors and 3) the relation between the people ‘s participation in the local development planning with people ‘s perception in the local developing plan. It was the quantitative research and used questionnaires to collect data from 375 cases in Watlamud Sub- district Administrative Organization, Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Prathom Province. And has analyzed by statistics The research result found that the evel of people ‘s participation in the local development planning was moderate level. When comparing between the different demographic factors such as gender, age, occupation, resident duration, income and education were different level of the local developing plan participation of people accorded to the hypothesis, but the different demographic factor as education was not effected to the local developing plan participation of people. Besides, the local developing plan participation - perception of people related to the local developing plan participation of people in Watlamud Sub- district Administrative Organization, Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Prathom Province by significant at 05.
