Abstract

บทความวิชาการชิ้นนี้เขียนขึ้นเพื่ออธิบายถึงลักษณะของบุคคลที่เรียกว่า "ผู้นำ" ว่าจะต้องมีลักษณะอย่างไร เพื่อจะสามารถประสานงานหรือช่วยให้กลุ่มคนที่ทำงาน ด้วยได้มีส่วนร่วมกันในการผลักดันภารกิจต่างๆ ให้ดำเนินไปได้ด้วยดีสู่จุดหมายที่ เหมาะสมถูกต้อง ดีงาม ซึ่งต้องอาศัยกระบวนการการตัดสินใจ ซึ่งมีเทคนิคและ กระบวนการทำงานที่สำคัญซึ่งจะได้อธิบายประกอบควบคู่กันไป และเป็นภารกิจหลัก ของผู้บริหารและผู้นำที่จะต้องทำด้วยตนเอง การตัดสินใจเป็นกิจกรรมหลักของผู้นำ ทุกองค์การ ผลจากการตัดสินใจจากผู้บริหารจะเปลี่ยนไปเป็นนโยบายแผนงาน ตลอดจนการปฏิบัติงานต่อไปดังนั้นบทความวิชาการชิ้นนี้จึงเขียนขึ้นจากการอาศัย แนวคิดและทฤษฎีประกอบกับประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่งผู้บริหาร เป็น กรอบในการดำเนินทิศทางการพรรณนา

This academic article is written to explain how a person characteristic called “Leader” should have to be able to coordinate or help the related working officers participating in pushing the missions to achieve the goal correctly, nicely, and appropriately. This needs the process of decision making that requires the technique and important working process together. Also, it is the main mission of the executives and leaders to do by themselves. The decision making is the main activity of the every organization leader. The results from the leader decisions can change to the policy including the working plan later. Thus, this article is written by using the concepts and theories along with the working experiences of the executives to be the framework of the descriptive direction.
