Abstract
This research which was a research and development, proposed to development instruction for the morality and ethical of student teachers in the 21st Century. The research methodology consisted of three steps : Step 1: study the related documents, theories and researches to study of instruction and to determine the components of instruction for the morality and ethical of student teachers and the relation of instruction for the morality and ethical of student teachers and the components of instruction.
The participants of this study were a multi-stage sampling technique, comprised 340 executive and faculty members of the faculty of education from the public, autonomous, and government higher institutions. The research instrument used for collecting data was questionnaires. Step 2: the focus group discussion to develop to instruction for the morality and ethical of student teachers in the 21st Century. Step 3: present to development instruction for the morality and ethical of student teachers in the 21st Century.
The findings revealed that the state of instruction for the morality and ethical of student teachers in the 21st Century as a whole at the high level that the morality and ethical development instructional system of student teachers consisted of five components 1) educational innovation development 2) the morality, Ethical and critical skills of student teachers development 3) leadership in education 4) learning through activities; and 5) learning based on sufficiency and sustainability. There was a significant difference at the .01 level in all of the components in high level. The development instruction for the morality and ethical of student teachers in the 21st Century that consisted of three components 1) principles 2) aims and 3) methods of operation.
