The Factors Affecting Students Learning Mathematics in Dusit Thani College, Pattaya

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between the factors and the achievement in mathematics and study student general information affecting to various factors. The samples were 197 undergraduate students of Dusit Thani college Pattaya who enrolled in mathematics by Simple random sampling. The data were collected by using a questionnaires that examined the content validity and reliability with Cronbach's alpha criteria 0.917


The results indicate that attitude and student behavior have a positive correlation to achievement in mathematical learning. Anxiety has a negative correlation to achievement in mathematical learning. In addition, student general information include gender influences the student behavior and study plan influences the anxiety in mathematical learning
