บทคัดย่อ
การจัดการผลประโยชน์ทางการท่องเที่ยวในอุทยานแห่งชาติเพื่อความเป็นธรรม ถูกต้อง ยั่งยืน กรณีศึกษาแห่งชาติตะรุเตา จังหวัดสตูล เป็นหนึ่งในการเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวโดยเน้นแนวทางเรื่องความเป็นธรรมที่เกิดขึ้นจากการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ความถูกต้องของการจัดการผลประโยชน์ทางการท่องเที่ยวคือเรื่องกฎหมายและการบังคับใช้กฎหมาย และ ความยั่งยืนเพื่อให้ทรัพยากรการท่องเที่ยวทางทะเลคงอยู่รอพร้อมต้อนรับผู้คนเสมอ โดยต้องมีการจัดการแบ่งเขตพื้นที่ให้เหมาะสมกับการท่องเที่ยว กำหนดความสัมพันธ์ที่เหมาะสมกับกลุ่มผู้เกี่ยวข้องคือ อุทยานแห่งชาติ ผู้ประกอบการ และชุมชน กำหนดบทบาทหน้าที่ที่เหมาะสมกับการเข้ามาดำเนินการด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และที่พัก โดยการจัดการด้านการลงทุน การกำหนดระดับขีดความสามารถในการรองรับนักท่องเที่ยวของพื้นที่อุทยาน การสร้างความเป็นหุ้นส่วนในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวบนพื้นที่อุทยาน
