Abstract

The purpose of this article is to study the new normal confidence of tourists who use domestic airlines. The research model is quantitative. The population and sample groups in this research were 400 Thai tourists by purposive sampling. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire to analyze data by finding frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation.


The results showed that the new normal confidence of tourists using domestic airlines. Overall is at the highest level ( =4.55, S.D.=0.41) when classified in each aspect By sorting the average from highest to lowest, namely safety (  = 4.88,S.D. = 0.57) service process (  = 4.51, S.D. = 0.40) and  price (  = 4.40, S.D. =0.37)
