บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความเชื่อมั่นแบบปรกติใหม่ของนักท่องเที่ยวที่ใช้บริการสายการบินภายในประเทศ รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นแบบเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างในงานวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย จำนวน 400 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ความเชื่อมั่นแบบปรกติใหม่ของนักท่องเที่ยวที่ใช้บริการสายการบินภายในประเทศ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( =4.55, S.D.=0.41) เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน โดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย คือ ความปลอดภัย ( = 4.88,S.D. = 0.57) กระบวนการให้บริการ ( = 4.51, S.D. = 0.40) และราคา ( = 4.40, S.D. =0.37) ตามลำดับ
