บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่อง “แผนที่นำทางการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า” เป็นการวิจัยเชิงอนาคต (Future Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษากรอบแนวคิด 2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการงานวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ 3) เพื่อพัฒนาแผนที่นำทางการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า ตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์สาระ และสถิติขั้นพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
- กรอบแนวคิดการจัดทำแผนที่นำทางการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า ได้แก่ มหาวิทยาลัยมีองค์ความรู้ การสร้างนวัตกรรม การจัดลำดับในการพัฒนาเป็น Time Series การทำวิจัยที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของประเทศ การเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับบัณฑิต เพื่อให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้จริง การเน้น Community Engagement การให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนานวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี
- ผลการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการความจำเป็นเกี่ยวกับงานวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า ประกอบด้วย 6 ประเด็นคือ ประเด็นที่ 1 การสร้างองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของคณาจารย์และหรือนิสิตนักศึกษา ประเด็นที่ 2 การนำองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของคณาจารย์และหรือนิสิตนักศึกษาไปรับใช้สังคม ประเด็นที่ 3 ความต้องการงานวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษา ประเด็นที่ 4 แผนที่นำทางการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า ประเด็นที่ 5 กรอบแนวทางที่แสดงทิศทางการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ในทศวรรษหน้า ประเด็นที่ 6 กรอบแนวคิดการจัดทำแผนที่นำทางการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า
- ผลการพัฒนาแผนที่นำทางการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้าในแบบระยะยาวและระยะสั้น ที่มุ่งเน้น “Crucial Support, Need and Radical Direction to Future” เป็นการสนับสนุนและตอบสนองความต้องการที่สำคัญ และการกำหนดทิศทางที่ชัดเจนเพื่อมุ่งสู่อนาคต
