Working people's behaviors and needs in the purchase of Shabu Buffet Restaurant in Bang Khun Thani District, Bangkok Metropolis

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study working people’s behavior in repurchasing of Shabu buffet restaurants in Bang Khun Thian District, Bangkok; and 2) to study working people’s needs of 7Ps marketing mix in repurchasing of Shabu buffet restaurants in Bang Khun Thian District, Bangkok Metropolis. Quantitative research was used. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 420 working people in Bangkok’s Bang Khun Thian District. The instrument for collecting data was a questionnaire. The data is analyzed by descriptive statistce.


The results showed that the majority of working people who repurchased Shabu buffet restaurants in Bang Khun Thian District were females. The main reason of the repurchase of Shabu Buffet was that Shabu Buffet was their favorite food, which is typical of working people’s behavior in repurchasing restaurants. The overall working people’s needs of the 7Ps marketing mix in the repurchasing of Shabu buffet restaurants in Bang Khun Thian District,  Bangkok Metropolis were at the highest levels. When focusing on each particular aspect, it was found that the price demand was at the highest level ( =4.32), followed by product demand at the highest level ( =4.31), and the people at the highest level ( =4.26)
