Assessing the Potential of Community-based Tourism for Incentive Tourists Groups in Baan Tham Suea Community, Kaeng Krachan District, Phetchaburi Province

Abstract
This research was quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to assess the potential of community-based tourism for incentive tourist groups in the community of Ban Tham Sua, Kaeng Krachan District, Phetchaburi Province. This research was conducted by using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data from 400 Thai incentive tourists who travel to the community of Ban Tham Sua, Kaeng Krachan District, Phetchaburi Province. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Research findings from the comparison of the level of important and performance with the Important-Performance Analysis (IPA) found that
10 factors with low potential. Factors that tourists gave a high level of importance, but were unsatisfied with the efficiency at a low level, were considered weaknesses that should be developed and improved urgently. Here are some examples, sufficient accommodation for the number of tourists (-1.08), quality and standards of accommodation (-1.07), facilities within the accommodation (-1.30), tourism activities supportive to tourists (-0.98), enough parking space (-0.90), accessibility to tourist attractions in a variety of routes (-0.96), easy access to tourist attractions (-0.95), clear signs and signs routes (-1.57), routes linking between tourist attractions (-0.73), and security personnel (-0.92).
