Knowledge Management for Upgrading the Standard of Chinese-Dishes Catering Business Management in Nakhon Pathom Province in the Form of an Electronic Book

Abstract

This study aims to (1) manage the body of knowledge to elevate the standards of the Chinese-dishes catering business in Nakhon Pathom Province. (2) To develop and measure the efficiency of an electronic book, and (3) To study on the satisfaction of users of an electronic book on knowledge management, aimed at upgrading the standard of Chinese-dishes catering business management in Nakhon Pathom Province, in the form of an electronic book. This research used a mixed research methodology. The qualitative research used a sampling group of 19 Chinese-dishes catering entrepreneurs by semi-structured interviews. The quantitative research used a sample of 3 content experts, 3 media production and presentation experts, and 19 Chinese-dishes catering operators to assess the effectiveness and satisfaction of an electronic book. Select a specific sample using quality criteria. Qualitative data was analyzed by content analysis. Quantitative data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The results showed that (1) got an electronic book on Knowledge management for upgrading the standard of Chinese-dishes catering business management in Nakhon Pathom Province on the topic of the history of Chinese-dishes in Nakhon Pathom Province. Catering styles, food items, catering equipment for serving food, suitable characteristics of waiters, and methods to enhance standards. (2) evaluation of the overall efficiency of electronic book found that the quality was at the highest level ( gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.75). and (3) the overall satisfaction of electronic book users found that satisfaction was at the highest level ( gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.53).
