Strategies for Developing the Readiness Competencies of Part-time Students Faculty of Technical Education, Rajamangala University of Technology

Abstract
This research aims to develop strategies for enhancing the competency readiness of part-time students in the Faculty of Industrial Education, Rajamangala University of Technology. In-depth interviews were conducted with a sample group of 20 undergraduate students currently enrolled in the part-time program at the Faculty of Industrial Education, Rajamangala University of Technology, selected through purposive sampling. The strategies were evaluated through a focus group discussion involving 5 experts and administrators.
The strategies identified for developing the competency readiness of part-time students in the Faculty of Industrial Education by importance are: 1) Developing curricula and teaching methods that respond to labor market demands, 2) Enhancing skills in using technology and digital tools, 3) Providing real-world learning experiences through internships and field projects, 4) Supporting lifelong learning, and 5) Building relationships with industries and external organizations. Thus, developing the competencies of part-time students is crucial for preparing them to compete and meet the current demands of the labor market.
