The Influence of Risk Perception on Behavioral Intention of Chinese Tourists Visiting Nightlife Destinations in Thailand

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการรับรู้ความเสี่ยงด้านกายภาพของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนที่มีต่อแหล่งท่องเที่ยวยามราตรีในกรุงเทพมหานครหลังการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 2) วิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของการรับรู้ความเสี่ยงด้านกายภาพต่อความตั้งใจแสดงพฤติกรรมของนักท่องเที่ยวจีนในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวยามราตรี และ 3) เสนอแนวทางมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยสำหรับแหล่งท่องเที่ยวยามราตรีเพื่อเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจของนักท่องเที่ยวจีนในการเดินทางท่องเที่ยวยามราตรีในประเทศไทย การวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed-Methods) โดยการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณจากนักท่องเที่ยวจีนจำนวน 400 คน และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการท่องเที่ยว ผู้ประกอบการ และนักท่องเที่ยวจีนที่เคยมีประสบการณ์เดินทางในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวยามราตรีของไทยจำนวน 9 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
(1) นักท่องเที่ยวจีนรับรู้ความเสี่ยงในระดับมาก โดยเฉพาะด้านอาชญากรรม (equation = 4.1) และความปลอดภัยของทรัพย์สิน
( equation = 4.0) (2)  ความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคลมีผลกระทบเชิงลบต่อความตั้งใจบอกต่อความเสี่ยง
ด้านความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคลมีผลกระทบเชิงลบต่อความตั้งใจบอกต่อ (β = -0.338, p < 0.01) ความตั้งใจแนะนำ  (β = -0.307, p < 0.01) และความตั้งใจกลับมาเยือนซ้ำ (β = -0.270, p < 0.01) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (β = -0.338, p < 0.01) ความตั้งใจแนะนำ (β = -0.307, p < 0.01) และความตั้งใจกลับมาเยือนซ้ำ (β = -0.270, p < 0.01) นักท่องเที่ยวที่รับรู้ว่ามีความเสี่ยงสูงมีแนวโน้มลดการเดินทางซ้ำหรือเลือกสถานที่ที่มีมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยที่ชัดเจน และ (3) แนวทางมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยที่สามารถลดการรับรู้ความเสี่ยงและเพิ่มความมั่นใจของนักท่องเที่ยวจีน ได้แก่ การเพิ่มมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย เช่น การเพิ่มจำนวนเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย
การติดตั้งกล้องวงจรปิด การตรวจสอบผู้เข้าใช้บริการในสถานบันเทิง และการสื่อสารข้อมูลด้านความปลอดภัยผ่านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ยอดนิยมของจีน เช่น WeChat และ Xiaohongshu


ผลการศึกษานี้ให้ข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้กำหนดนโยบายและผู้ประกอบการด้านการท่องเที่ยวในการพัฒนาแนวทางและมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยที่มีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับแหล่งท่องเที่ยวยามราตรี โดยการยกระดับมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัย รวมถึงการดำเนินการด้านการสื่อสารความปลอดภัยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเหมาะสม มีส่วนสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในกลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีน อันจะนำไปสู่การเดินทางซ้ำ และส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อการสร้างภาพลักษณ์ของประเทศไทยในฐานะจุดหมายปลายทางการท่องเที่ยวที่ปลอดภัยและมีความน่าดึงดูดในระดับนานาชาติ
