บทคัดย่อ

This article is a part of research title “The Competency of Development for Vocational Institutions Management of Thailand 4.0” To study the internal management factors that affect the competency of development for vocational Institutions. The sample was used in the research were teachers, teacher specialist and personnel of Vocational Institutions in Bangkok The research samples were 317 teachers, teaching specialists and personnel from 13 campuses, Vocational Institutions in Bangkok. The samples size were conducted by stratified random sampling method. Data were collected by questionnaires. The techniques and statistics used for data analysis were descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis.      The results showed that the internal management factors of the vocational training institutions were at a high level. In corporate strategy Organizational structure Management style And the system. And at the highest level in personnel. Skills and values. It was found that the internal management factors affect the management efficiency of the institute. The results are in the same direction as the skills that result in the highest level. Secondary The management aspect. And personnel factors, respectively.
