บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบ Online Matching ตลาดแรงงานผู้สูงอายุที่ยังคุณประโยชน์โดยใช้วงจรการพัฒนาระบบ (System Development Life Cycle: SDLC) ประกอบด้วย 1) การวางแผนระบบ 2) การวิเคราะห์ระบบ 3) การออกแบบระบบ 4) การพัฒนาระบบ และ 5) การติดตั้งและดำเนินการใช้ระบบด้วยการสร้างซอฟต์แวร์ประยุกต์บนฐานข้อมูล My SQL และใช้โปรแกรมภาษา PHP ในการพัฒนาระบบเครื่องมือในการประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบคือ แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสารสนเทศจำนวน 3 คน และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบบริษัทที่มีการว่าจ้างแรงงานผู้สูงอายุจำนวน 10 บริษัท และผู้สูงอายุจำนวน 60 คน
ผลการวิจัยได้ระบบ Online Matching ตลาดแรงงานผู้สูงอายุที่ยังคุณประโยชน์ สามารถเข้าถึงได้ที่ URL: https://www.jobageing.com/ ที่มีผลประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบฐานข้อมูลในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =4.30) และความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบของผู้ประกอบการ และผู้สูงอายุในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =4.43 และ =4.47 ตามลำดับ)
