บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ เพื่อพัฒนาแบบจำลองปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุระหว่างความสามารถในการปรับตัว ผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจ และความอยู่รอดของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจขนาดเล็กในสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจขนาดเล็ก จำนวน 251 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่นำมาใช้ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุด้วยแบบจำลองสมการเชิงโครงสร้าง (Structural Equation Modeling) ผลการวิจัยพบว่าแบบจำลองและข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์มีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกัน นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าความสามารถในการปรับตัวมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจและความอยู่รอดของธุรกิจ ผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อความอยู่รอดของธุรกิจ ส่วนความสามารถในการปรับตัว (พฤติกรรมเชิงรุก พฤติกรรมเชิงป้องกัน และพฤติกรรมที่อดทน) ไม่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อความอยู่รอดของธุรกิจ แต่พบว่าความสามารถในการปรับตัวมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อความอยู่รอดของธุรกิจขนาดเล็กโดยผ่านผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจ
