ทักษะทางปัญญาสำหรับบุคลากรด้านอุตสาหกรรมบริการในยุคโลกพลิกผัน

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา หน้าที่บริหารจัดการสมอง ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และการแก้ปัญหาที่ซับซ้อน ของบุคลากรในอุตสาหกรรมบริการในยุคโลกพลิกผัน ซึ่งเป็นยุคที่สังคมและเศรษฐกิจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วอยู่ตลอดเวลา และมีความไม่แน่นอนว่าจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปในทิศทางใด การที่อุตสาหกรรมบริการจะดำเนินการสิ่งต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลจนสามารถสร้างความพึงพอใจ การกลับมาใช้ซ้ำของลูกค้า และส่งผลให้ธุรกิจในอุตสาหกรรมบริการนั้นมีการเจริญเติบโตในยุคโลกพลิกผันนั้นจำเป็นต้องใช้บุคลากรที่มีทักษะทางปัญญาที่ดี ทักษะทางปัญญาที่มีความสำคัญในยุคโลกพลิกผัน ประกอบด้วย 1) หน้าที่บริหารจัดการสมอง คือ การมีพฤติกรรมที่ทำงาน ต่าง ๆ เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมาย 2) ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ คือ ความสามารถในการคิดริเริ่ม คิดอย่างกว้างไกล คิดกว้างอย่างหลายทิศทาง และคิดโดยเชื่อมโยงสิ่งต่าง ๆ เพื่อสร้างสิ่งใหม่ ๆ และ 3) การแก้ปัญหาที่ซับซ้อน คือ ความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาที่ไม่สามารถรู้ถึงอุปสรรคปัญหาต่าง ๆ ระหว่างทางได้ และอุปสรรคนั้น ๆ สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงไป
ตามกาลเวลาที่เปลี่ยนไปได้ และมีวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ ได้หลายวิธีการ บทความนี้ได้นำเสนอ ความหมาย ความสำคัญของทักษะทางปัญญา ตัวอย่างบทบาทหน้าที่ต่าง ๆ ที่บุคลากรในอุตสาหกรรมบริการจำเป็นต้องใช้ทักษะ
ทางปัญญาดังกล่าวรวมถึงแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้วิธีการต่าง ๆ ในการพัฒนาทักษะทางปัญญาของบุคลากร เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ต่อทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมบริการ
